Embark on a rejuvenating journey with Yogaflowwithsuzie. I am very excited to be offering 6 days/5 nights of yoga retreat with Ayurvedic touch in Tenerife, Spain.

Feel at ease, feel the sea and relax. Sea, mountains and environment that is calming. With its exposed location at the foot of the Anaga Biosphere Reserve directly on the Atlantic Ocean. A place of spiritual energy for those who wish to recharge and switch off.

Includes:

Health Spa Hotel **** on half board basic, organic or locally sourced food, outside seawater swimming pool, indoor Thalasso pool, spa, Finish sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, Ayurvedic treatment, Salsa classes, walks, guided hike, transfers within the country of the yoga holiday, great company, and most importantly yoga sessions!

Retreat cost  

£1 150 per person …. (based on two sharing in deluxe sea view room)

Includes:

  • 6 days/5 nights accommodation with breakfast in 4* Health Spa Hotel

  • 5x dinner- light and tasty 3 course menu with fish, meat or vegetarian dish (regional products, freshly prepared)

  • 1x Ayurvedic body massage (60 min)

  • 4x participation in group yoga session (60 min)

  • Intro to Salsa sessions

  • Organised guided hike with packed lunch

  • Use of the seawater pool, saunas, spa, sun deck, public sea pool, sun loungers, fitness area

  • return transport from the airport to the hotel and back in the country of the retreat
